QEthical support that strengthens the student’s own research and writing
Graduate-student work is governed by institutional and supervisor requirements. Before substantive editing or methodological support begins, the student may be asked to confirm what assistance is permitted. Our role is to improve clarity, provide feedback, and support learning—not to complete assessed work on the student’s behalf.

Permitted services may include
- Proofreading and language editing
- Formatting and consistency review
- Feedback on organization and logical flow
- Methods and reporting comments
- Reference-style and checklist review
- Consultation that explains problems and possible revisions
Services not provided
- Writing an original thesis or dissertation for submission under the student’s name
- Completing assignments, examinations, or graded coursework
- Inventing or altering research data
- Making undisclosed intellectual contributions that should qualify for authorship
- Working against explicit institutional or supervisor restrictions
