Selected SPSS Data Analysis

QTransparent SPSS support for clearly defined research questions

Our SPSS service is intentionally method-specific. We do not claim expertise in every statistical technique. Before accepting a project, we review the study design, variables, sample, assumptions, missing data, and the exact analysis requested.

Methods suitable for the initial website

CategoryMethods that may be offeredWebsite note
Data preparationVariable review, coding checks, labels, missing-value review, basic data cleaning, outlier screeningClient must explain the dataset and source.
Descriptive analysisFrequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, median, interquartile range, minimum and maximumSelected according to variable type and distribution.
Assumption checksDistribution review, normality assessment, variance checks where applicableAssumptions are documented rather than ignored.
Two-group comparisonsIndependent-samples t test, paired-samples t test, Mann–Whitney U, Wilcoxon signed-rankTest choice depends on design and assumptions.
Multiple-group comparisonsOne-way ANOVA, repeated-measures ANOVA where appropriate, Kruskal–Wallis, selected post-hoc comparisonsComplex factorial or mixed models are not included at launch.
Categorical analysisCross-tabulation, chi-square test, Fisher’s exact test where appropriateCell counts and assumptions are reviewed.
AssociationPearson correlation, Spearman correlationCorrelation is not presented as causation.
RegressionSimple and multiple linear regression; binary logistic regression only after project reviewAccepted only when design, sample size, assumptions, and team expertise are appropriate.
ReportingSPSS output review, research-ready tables, statistical-method description, and interpretation notesClient remains responsible for scientific conclusions.
